Trinity Methodist Church
Client: Trinity Methodist Church
The existing church, the largest religious edifice on the Isle of Man, is much too big for the current congregation and has high maintenance costs. The building occupies a significant position within a Conservation Area. We were commissioned to prepare an Outline proposal for a replacement building to accommodate the needs of the church and the local branch of Age Concern. The design aims to provide the equivalent massing and presence of the existing building, in part by retaining and modifying the existing tower and spire.
